- Mix fresh ricotta, blue cheese & fresh cracked pepper until smooth.
- Chop fresh grape tomatoes and basil.
- In a small bowl, add tomatoes & basil along with about 2 tablespoon of good olive, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, large pinch of sea salt and pepper. Toss gently,
- Grab some toasted bread or crackers and layer on the goodness.
